Clare Rowel received a cheque for £1,600 on behalf of Damsons from members of The Wisbech Business & Professional Men’s Club. Presenting the cheque were Chairman Peter Human (right), along with Rick Wilson and Martin Eggett.
The funds were raised by members at their annual Golf Day held at Searles Golf Club, Hunstanton.
Damsons provides valuable respite support for carers and people living with dementia. Sessions take place at the Reed Barn at Peckover House and Garden on Tuesdays from 1.00pm to 3.00pm, and Wednesdays from 10.00am to 12.00pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm. Tea, coffee and snacks are available, offering a welcoming and supportive environment for attendees.
